My Motherboard is a SOYO SY-K7VEMPRO, and it does say on Page 10 of the 
Manual (QSG Version 1.0) that the "After Booting up, the User May 
disable it".

A blessing that I found the Manual in 30 seconds.. I just moved and 
everything is all over the place...
