Don't use this.  If you want to control an FTP session from REXX, use the
freeware EWS package designed specifically for this purpose.  It is
included with Warp Connect, but you have to obtain it on your own if you
have regular Warp (non-Connect):

The only difference between the versions is that the shipping versions in
Connect come with INF documentation, while the EWS releases come with TXT.
Also, only RXFTP and RXSOCK are bundled with Connect.

These are all FReq'able (1:323/107) or downloadable (+1 401 944 8498) from
me, or by FTP from SOFTWARE.WATSON.IBM.COM.

I have some sample REXX code that uses RXFTP to pick up Fidonet echomail
bundles if you are interested in seeing it.
