Hello Vladimir.

15 May 06 15:32, you wrote to me:

Or maybe it is you who does not understand. Maybe you overrate the power of
the ZC and are asking for something that is not within his power. Or maybe
you underrate what you can do without the help of the ZC. I mentioned
regional policies before...

Nor dooes he need to be. The best coordinator for R50 should not be ZC, he
should be RC50. Is RC50 not the best coordinator for R50?

Djeez... that was over over half a year ago! Are you telling me that you
guys over there can not deal with a simple rename of a file area and are
still busy sorting it out after more than six month?!

If you are really that incompetent you had better not rock the boat by
persuing the replacement of the ZC or splitting up the zone. The problems
you will be facing then will be at least two orders of magnitude above a
simple rename of a file area.

VD> He is not manage (make inquiries) with big zone now. I think that he

You live in Moscow. That is part of Europe whether you like it or not.

Cheers,

Michiel
