Lots of the RE dealers can get 24 volt lights. New England Solar is
the most convenient I've found, since they show 24 volt lights in
their catalog and ship promptly. 
Motors? Most DC motors can run on a wide range of voltages. The
Surplus Center and places like that have used and surplus motors.
