I think Roy got a bit carried away.  He was telling people what
they could or couldn't say in LOCUSER many months ago, and I
made some sarcastic comment about Roy having taken over the
moderatorship of LOCUSER, and he didn't put the two together, and
it's out of my hands now.  Doesn't matter, you're still moderator
of LOCSYSOP last I heard.  BFN.  Paul.
