Javaw.exe more or less replaces javapm in 1.3.1 and 1.4.  Java.exe runs 
lvmgui just fine from 1.4 and it was working fine with WSEB and eCS 1.03 
but fails now under eCS 1.13.  Do you have any hidden drives?  If I 
unhide my hidden drive it works fine with eCS 1.13, though it wan't a 
problem in WSEB or eCS 1.03. 
I realized I was using freetype with those and so installed it under eCS 
1.13 but made no difference.
