Not according to the label. The added sugars (8g) contribute to the
total (9g). Out of a total 30g packet, that's significant.
Total fiber is just 2g. Out of a 30g packet that's not a whole lot
of fiber at all.

Wow.. Oatmeal with chile, I would not have thunk of that. Thanks,
but no thanks. A little honey or the sweetness of *fresh* fruit
would be a better no-processed-sugar recipe for me.
