4 packets are substantial in sugar too. 1 packet (30g) of just the
peaches'n'cream contains 9g of sugar, that's about 2 teaspoons.
Times that by 4 and you are consuming 8 teaspoons of sugar for your
breakfast. That's quite a bit of sugar for one meal.
The sugars in the instant oatmeal packets isn't just the natural
sugars in the fibers of oatmeal. If you look at the ingredients
label, there is a special line that says "Includes 8g of Added sugars".
