I'm trying to compile binkd, but can't get it to work.

   I want the Windows version, so I tried the makefile for mingw. Doesn't work
at all. Directly complains about the flag "-mno-cygwin" (well after I
*manually* had to create a number of directories under .\bin).

   Can someone please zip up a working directory with the source, with a
working makefile for mingw and all the necessary subdirectories and put it on
hold for me? I would be very grateful for that.
