Its free here, its just that every phone user pays a modest tax to help
fund the system. But the majority of emergency services derive their
funding via the general fund. Get real I aint gonna miss that 61 cents.

No I am not, we arent charged for the calls.

I can call 911 once a day every day and 61 cents will still show up on my
bill as a tax, I can not call 911 and still pay 61 cents.
