PE> All you have to do is send a file, plus a .TIC file which you can PE> manually create. Here is one of the help files on my system... Ta for that - I've RM> just whipped up a batchfile to write the TIC file and copy the RM> target file to the OUT dir. Should arrive with this packet. PE> Yeah, I checked and it went in. Only dickheads think the PE> procedure is too complicated and send floppy disks instead. PE> BFN. Paul. The batch file grew, and is now a Joy of Beauty and a Thing Forever. Run from the target file's dir, it creates a TIC file in a TICFILES dir, checking first for existing TICs and incrementing the filename where required (up to a limit of TIC90016.TIC), and creating or appending to the control file that PPoint uses to send the target file and the tic file, so I don't even have to tell PPoint to send the files. Main limitation is that it doesn't delete used TIC files - shouldn't be hard, PPoint deletes the control file after use, I can look for that. 4dos does lovely batchfiles.
