PLAY DOUGH
   1  cup  flour               1   cup   warm water
   2  tsp. cream of tartar     1   tsp.  oil
 1/4  cup salt                +++  food coloring
   Mix all ingredients, adding food coloring last.  Stir over medium
hear until smooth.  Remove from the pan and knead until blended and
smooth.  Place in a plastic bag or an airtight container when cooled.
This will last for a LONG time and provide a lot of fun the kid..young
