This one's a classic and fairly tasty although I prefer either
Bourbon or Canadian for it.

1 1/2 oz Scotch
3/4 oz Sweet vermouth
1 ds Angostura bitters
Cracked ice
Twist of lemon peel
Stir with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass. Add a twist of
lemon peel.
