Can you please tell something about i/o compatiblity to BP7 for text
applications in release 1.5? The problem is that in 1.0, error handling
using "ioresult" does not work as SP has re-invented the wheel by
implementing it as a variable. Ioresult should NOT be a variable but a
function that returns the contents of a variable "inoutres",
meanwhile clearing inoutres.
Als long as inoutres0, the application as compiled, should make
sure to ingnore any i/o operation until the error is handled.
When using SP 1.0 I have to redesign all error handling which in a fool
proof application (as required) takes more than 50% of all code. ;-(
