  Hey Don!
  Don't forget to tell him to set the beer just outside the garden to draw 
the slugs out from the garden.
  Setting the beer *inside* the garden will attract more slugs *into* the 
garden.
  BTW, drunk slugs have been known to pick fights when people laugh at them.
