It doesnt affect those at all. Its not too clear what happens
about the military rifle stuff tho. Some even includes the modern
military stuff like Steyrs too. Presumably that can be classed as
still just part of the military. I presume thats what they do now,
that you dont get to take one of those home. Not sure tho.
