Gee, soooo sorrrrry, I didn't mean to offend you.  Just figured that The
OS2 programing ECHO might have somebody there that could answer my
question.  At least that is where I thought this was posted.
Besides, thanks for your answer.  I did check into the documentation
somewhat and really didn't find a whole lot about the BUG.
