Strictly OS/2 according to the rules,  but often someone has a problem that
is language related (and they may not even be aware of it),  which is ok
too,  as long as they are programming native OS/2 programs.

Questions regarding programming in "winos2" or "dos
boxes" are off topic, but are tolerated in small numbers.

Questions are welcomed in any language,  but you'll get the most help if
you ask in English.
