BD> Starfleet Academy only runs under Windows 95 (98 will work too probably).
And 3.1, it just makes and oversized icon in whatever screen you put it in, 
the main requirement you want to pay attention too is memory and 
monitor/sound requirements.
I've run a number of Win '95 'ONLY' stuff on my 3.1..
