The definition of CD quality isn't explained any futher...
The mono version has never been officially released on CD. A 30th
anniversary box set containing the mono mix never happened.
The only existing CDs are bootlegs/copies made from the mono LP. I have one
such CD, and the sound is not bad, but after all disappointing.
