Hee. That's because you don't have a problem with controlling your
temper, and are not a bitter man, old before your time.  IME, Parrots
never have bad tempers, they just hang around and keep asking for
"quackers" (Grinning, DUCKing, and Running).

Reminds me of a silly joke about a Parrot, which I'll re-write to suit
my fancy - -

Repairman comes to this place, rings doorbell a time or two, no answer.
Rings again, and hears "Come in."  Tries the door, finds it unlocked,
and steps into a rather dark room.  Calls out "Hello", hears
"Come in"
again.  Takes a few steps forward, and is confronted by an assortment of
growling, snarling and hissing pit bulls, dobermans, rotweilers, and
Maine coon cats.   Repairman freezes.

Repairman calls out again - "Hello", and hears again "Come in" -
about then his eyes have adjusted to the darkness, and he sees it is a
Parrot in a cage over in the corner doing the talking.

Repairman is now scared and angry, and yells - -"Hey, you dumb
SOB, is "Come in" all you can say!!??

Parrot answers  - - - - -   (you ready for this?)
