To create a bootable, slip-stream service pack, see
http://www.duspinnst.com/bootcd.htm.  Don't know how you could add the
barrage of patches.  Mostly, I don't at our site as it is near impossible
for one person to test and rollout the plethora of patches to 300
workstations.

BTW, Novell provides slipstreamed iso images of the Netware releases with
service packs on its website.   Novell doesn't have anywhere near
the number of security patches that Microsoft does so applying the post
service pack patches is not a big deal.
