I eat the occasional veggie burger. Some of them are really good, but fake
meat is always "wrong" somehow. My brother in law was vegetarian for a
while, and some friends and neighbors are Adventists, so I learned to roll with
it.

It might be coming direct from a Kosher butcher who makes his own. Or her
own, but most likely his. Find the butcher, find the sausage.
