      Yield: 1 Salad
 
      2 lg Apples
      1 c  Pineapple, crushed
    1/3 c  Celery
    1/4 c  Raisins
    1/2 c  Nuts (optional)
MMMMM--------------------------DRESSING-------------------------------
      3 tb Yogurt, low fat
      2 ts Mayonnaise
    1/8 ts Cinnamon
 
  Mix salad ingredients. Blend dressing ingredients and pour over fruit
  mixture.
