Not sure if OP was trolling or clueless, but given the fact that Microsoft
wrote their own compilers for almost every language out there at one time,
using a competitor's IDE to write their own code seems like a huge risk.
Microsoft C was *the* platform for coding on x86 at the time, and Turbo
Pascal only wrote <64k .com files and their related overlays...
