As I understand it the lcd doesn't allow refresh rate changes and 
sdd/snap automatically uses 60 hz for them but displays the refresh rate 
for external monitors.   Therefore I would check
"gaoption show" from the snap directory.  It should have
"Use BIOS for 
LCD panel ...Auto(or On)".  If not "gaoption lcdusebios on" is the 
command to turn it on.  Else open a ticket to the scitech helpdesk as it 
isn't working as designed
