How can I write a batchfile to globally search for files on a physical
drive that will make a list with filenames and their paths with the
sizes.  I'd like to input the size of the files to look for like
anything over 2 megs or whatever.

I need something like this so I can configure the defrag program to
make these files first or last in it's sort.=20
