Thanks for the generous offer, but I already have DAUBERT on disk. The
identifying numbers I gave were on the WestLaw screen when I found the case.
I am informed they may not be the Federal ID numbers. Someone was kind
enough to Shepardize the DAUBERT Opinion for me. It is tweleve pages long.
DAUBERT has been cited in numerous instances in various Circuit Courts and in
about 35-40 state supreme courts. It is also cited in the following law
journals:
        1. 79 Cornell Law Rev. 299, 312
        2.108 Harv. Law Rev. 1, 17
        3. 78 Minn. Law Rev. 1345, 1347, 1387, 1393
        4. 46 Stan. Law Rev, 1, 66
        5. 72 Texas Law Rev. at 715
        6. 1994 Wis. Law Rev. 1119, 1194
(format as listed on WestLaw)
