I couldn't stand the small or taste of whisky from the age of 17
until I was past forty but I have gradually acquired a taste for it
again since then until today it has become one of my favourite
spirits.

I like them all including gin. I'm also a fan of liqueurs, sherry
and port.

I'm not fond of mixing booze with milk or cream (I detest Bailey's)
but since we were talking about bears not long ago ...

      Title: Polar Bear
 Categories: Beverages, Chocolate, Ice cream, Alcohol, Dairy
      Yield: 2 Drinks
 
  1 1/2 tb Amaretto
      4 ts White creme de cacao
      1 ts Chocolate syrup
    1/4 ts Vanilla
  1 1/2 c  Vanilla ice cream (softened)
 
  Preparation: In blender, blend Amaretto, creme de cacao, chocolate
  syrup, vanilla and ice cream until smooth. Pour into 6 ounce glasses.
  Makes 2 drinks.
