 The plugs themselves can be purchased from most any electronics supplier

if you wish to replace them youself.
 The wiring diagram for the mic should have come on the back of the plastic
packaging for the mic or on a slip of paper in the box.
 Mine was on the rear of the bubble pack the mic was in.
 Kenwood also can replace the cord part only of the mic and your local dealer 
can order it for you from them.
 Your local dealer also may have the diagram in his Kenwood service manuals 
for the mic itself or the radio it is used on.
