servings: about 60
8 qt hot milk
4 qt brandy
5 qt water
8 lemons
2 lb sugar
Combine these ingredients and let the mixture sit 1 hr.
Strain through a flannel bag. Store in sealed bottles.
No refrigeration necessary.
