Maybe drug dealers will now become politicians? (Deutsch - CIA, Clinton - 
President, Gingrich - Speaker of the House) on and on.
BTW - according to drug laws even passing a joint around to friend is 
"distribution" so that could be considered "dealing".

That could be said of ANYONE who is currently looking for a job.
Displaced executives (IBM (but they have heavy buy-outs with resulting golden 
parachutes), Sunbeam, and other people who are affected with downsizing who 
cannot find comparable work at even NEAR the salaries they wre getting.
And example of a nuclear physicist with a PhD who is suddenly without work 
from a gov't sector job who is now unemplyed and cannot find a job in the 
private sector.
Obviously an educated person who is forced to accept a "job" paying $6-7 an 
hour.
