Again ... his original claim was that a part of Pittsburgh was held to 
martial law for a day as well as being -attacked-!! This is NOT true!! A 
couple of the Pittsburgh area bases use certain areas for practice stuff .. 
these are the old mill areas, couple of closed bridges and sometimes the 
stadium (while empty) and a few other unpopulated areas. And at no point do 
they declare martial law for any reason including practice. And when they do 
use a building, tower I should say, it is with the building owners and 
occupents permision. And anyone is still free to leave at any time. I do not 
like everything that our goverment does .. however I keep my arguments to 
FACTS and not FICTION or DISTORTED Information.
