Hey Alan!

Not sure this is the right place since there are no echotags being
displayed.

Let me know as I have some ideas to get offline messaging working without
either of us having to jump through too many hoops.  If it can be mad simple
and useful wrt what most users have available to them then that would be the
way to go methinks.
