Given the fact that helmets are created to handle only one collision and 
should not be used again, many of the big companies are offering a free 
replacement helmet with the return of the old one. It only makes sense since 
keeping you alive gives them a better guarantee that you will remain a 
customer and also the crashed helmets gives them a chance to analyze their 
product for future developments.
