PD> In the meantime I am again pulling in TRAPDOOR from Zone 2 (The Mad

 AM> YAHOO! :)

AM> When, huh? huh? When? :)

Bad news, there seems to be a hell of a problem getting the N711 link up
and running, thanks to apathy on the part of at least one major uplink (who
I won't name here).

But it's been a bit of a moot point anyway, really. Since August, I have
polled the Mad House on 11 occasions, and have only received mail back
twice. And even then, a mere 15 messages, quite a few of them the monthly
auto-posts of echo rules and FAQ, etc. Last time I got ANYTHING back was
14 Sep, and it wasn't much:

 = 14-Sep-96 23:57:46 Protocol: EMSI/Hydra
 | 14-Sep-96 23:57:48 Sending 5fd64ad5.SA0 (590 bytes)
 | 14-Sep-96 23:57:49 Receiving 5fd1e2bb.TH0 (651 bytes)
 | 14-Sep-96 23:57:53 Recv: Took 0:00, Cps: 1085, Efficiency: 64%
 | 14-Sep-96 23:57:54 Send: Took 0:03, Cps: 163, Efficiency: 9%
 ! 14-Sep-96 23:57:54 Deleting 2.310.6.0.FLO
 = 14-Sep-96 23:58:00 Session connect time 0:20, cost 0.51

Since then, 5 calls all with nothing but the EMSI packets exchanged :-(

Depressing....

  Mea Culpa,
 Peter Deane
