Far as I know that hasn't happened with MAXIMUS yet. But I never ran the
very earliest versions, so I wouldn't know if the 3.01 upgrade would
overlay on them properly. However, if the programmer provides for
backwards compatibility to the last version, then I think he's done his
job.
