 I never claimed to be a pacifist. Now that I think about it, I
 see it is appropriate. I prefer to avoid violence. I prefer to

 Not really. All he has to do is act decent. Notice, in
 crossfire, Mimi started posting decently for a while, and I
 responded by immediately posting nicely to her. Then *SHE* went
 off the deep end again, and it all started up again.

 Alan Hess is as mild mannered at they come. I suspect Hardegree
 turns on those who challenge his manhood. Insecurity, I suspect.

 He turned on Frank Scheidt, and Frank is a hard core Bush loving
 conservative. But he doesn't defer to Hardegree.

 He fought with Peter Bradie and Peter was as dedicated a
 republican conservative as they come. Only Peter did not defer
 to anyone.

 I got along with both. I do not need deference, just decency,
 and both Peter and Frank are that. We used to have a fellow
 named John Fitzgerald in the Debate echo. he was even further
 right than almost anyone you know around here. But he was decent
 about it, and we got along just fine.

 John Wilson is probably more liberal than I am, but he is about
 the most truly inoffensive person you can find. However, he does
 not defer to Hardegree. He challenges Hardegree's manhood just
 by existing. Not only has he done more with his life, and done
 it successfully in the private sector, but, in his few years in
 the army he saw combat. He saw hard combat, of the sort they
 tell stories of for generations. Hardegree never saw anything
 like that. So John must truly challenge Hardegree's manhood.

 When Mimi stood up to Hardegree, he slimed her badly. Among my
 files I have examples, where he starts a msg with "Achtung Baby"
 and where he calls her a slut.

 Now that she kisses up to him she's just his little darling.

 Stop Kissing Hardegree's ass and he'll turn on you also.

 Lots of people get hurt in a one sided fight. I chose to fight
 back. The attacked is *NOT* guilty of the attack. Don't seek to
