I use AUTOEXEC.BAT:

set djgpp=D:\djgpp\djgpp.env
SET QTJava=C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\QTJava.zip
{at}SET CLASSPATH=D:\PROGRA~1\PHOTOD~1.0\ADOBEC~1;d:\ADOBEC~1;%QTJava%;

Hmmm...  hadn't noticed those last two lines.  Kinda looks like two
different copies of the same thing being set by two different programs. 
Time to start "remming" and see what quits working...   :-))
