Instead of calling Geo "whining" and "lazy" you could
give some rational reason that Microsoft does not do what Geo is
requesting.  I could imagine that there are all sorts of potential problems
in doing what he wants.  Frankly your attitude of late reflects rather
poorly on your employer.  Geo is not in the same class as Barr/m.
