subject: Introductions... 2.

Hi again, James! This is a continuation of my previous message:

JB> As the neuroma keeps me from sitting on anything but
JB> my tail-bone,

Hmm. And this neuroma is a result of your surgery? When I looked
up the word, I found quite an array of definitions... I take it there are
several varieties. I see too that they may be very painful & it's not
always a simple matter of removing an unwanted lump as some authors seem to
suggest... (sigh).

JB> I have been trying to pick up some of the Latin
JB> percussion toys as of late.

Oh, yeah... the "kitchen sink" percussion! I enjoy
playing with such things. I find them quite intriguing, and Nora likes
Latin music too.... :-)

JB> Well, I guess that's full disclosure. Now... What
JB> else is going on?

Heh... I could write a book if I had the time! I was very
interested in your account of how you were stretching part of your leg,
BTW, because Nora needs to do that as well. We have to be careful not to
put too much strain on her hip & knee joints... but that's another
story. Perhaps I'll get around to the rest of it some day. Meanwhile I
appreciate the warning, anyhow.... :-))

JB> Oh... Just a warning, I'm sure you've discovered
JB> about me, I can be a bit of a brat, but I've been
JB> told I can be a lot of fun regardless.

That's the impression I got. Seems to me life would be rather
boring if we were all the same, and I think everybody has something to
contribute. I don't believe there is only one "correct" way to
handle such things. As I see it you have gumption... you have a sense of
humour... you understand the value of music... and you don't edit your
reports of your own feelings & motivations according to what others
expect or regard as socially acceptable. IMHO you've already found some
pretty good strategies for dealing with this stuff.... :-)
