Great! I'm an old BBS'er from the early days, got out of it when "the 'net"
took over, then back in for a short while. Now I plan to use this as my main
venue for discussion... :-)

RG> battle scene with the "Squiddys" was a tad long, but that's

My turn to agree with you. :-) It was exciting, but drawn out.

Again, I agree as well.

 RG> Like Superman? :-)

Do you mean the first movie? Or the, IMHO, not so good sequels? Or the TV
shows? Or all of the above? :-)

Since you mentioned it... I was a GIANT fan of the first movie in 77. Being 10
year old boy that grew up reading Superman comics, it was a dream come true to
see it on the big screen.

Superman II was pretty good as well, but 3 & 4 really did not come across to
me...

RG> I still have the feeling this wasn't the end, but different

Hmm... I've assumed it was the end, but you've caused me to stop and think
about that now... It's obviously not the end of the Matrix, but is it the end
of the war?

My biggest regret in that movie is that the lady that portrayed the Oracle died
between movies... I hated to see her replaced, though I think they did okay in
the pinch of replacing her.
