This touching little exchange between the two of you leads me to create
a new rule.  You are both moderators of your own echoes, so it will
mainly affect you two.

Henceforth, users of this echo will be expected to follow the rules of
this echo (not new yet) AND the rules of the echo or echoes that they
moderate (that is the new part).  This should go without saying, of
course.  If you put something in your rules, that is an expression of
YOUR opinion of how people (including you) should behave.  But
apparently it doesn't go without saying, so now it is said.  If you
think personal attacks, for example, are wrong, then don't engage in
them yourself.
