Not having these cases before me for my review puts me at a
disadvantage. I'm am sure that there are circumstances that were found
by the court to be insufficient cause for dismissal. Again, I would
need to see the precise documented cases to know for sure, but I suspect
that you are making a big leap when you suggest that teachers can get
away with abusing a student physically. Such actions are considered a
crime in every state...it's called assault. If you are saying that a
teacher can assault students with no fear of any consequences, I
seriously doubt your sincerity.
So what is your bottom line here? Do away with tenure? Change the
court system?? Or perhaps you are considering moving to another state?
