As best as I know, Ruth Argust's Doorgames FDN has been dead for over two
years now. Don't know the reason, but nothing on it is dated after I think
either 2002 or 2003, if I remember right. I'm thinking the same applies to
her web-site as well, but I'm not positive on that.
Bryan Turner probably can answer this question with 100% certainty if he is
paying attention to the echo. And he may already have answered your
question by now.
If someone has a program that is BBS-related and they need it posted online
in Fidonet, they can send it to me at gtidmore-NOSPAM{at}hiwaay.net,
ktidmore-NOSPAM{at}bellsouth.net or donald.tidmore-NOSPAM{at}usa.net via email.
Be sure to take the "-NOSPAM" part out of the email addresses. I
keep getting more and more spam so I have to start using the -NOSPAM a LOT
more often in email and fidonet messages, as most everyone else probably
has to do.
I'll post anything I'm sent that is bbs-related on my Camelot LordNews FDN
in its MiscFile section. The FDN is copied by a few dozen other sites
throughout the Fidonet, so that's one way everyone can make sure that their
programs get distributed.
As for LORD programs, I can distribute everything that is for LORD, LORD
II, Tournament LORD that I have the author's permission to send out, or
that doesn't explicitly deny people permission to distribute unaltered
copies of their programs. The only LORD programs I am NOT allowed to
distribute anywhere are official releases by Michael Preslar of the LORD,
LORD II, and Tournament LORD games. That's due to the terms of the
contract he has with Metropolis Gameport that only allows him to do
distribution of those bbs door games.
Donald.
