Standard Warp Connect (V3) and Warp 4 contains all you need to connect to an 
NT box no problem, I use been using such a config daily at work for 3 OS/2, 
machines. The main area to watch is that the DOMAIN name of the NT 
environment should be included in the list of DOMAINS you specify on the Warp 
machines, and that you use a DOMAIN login. It is also possible to do it 
without the DOMAIN login, but then you can have hassles in managing such a 
setup.....pk.
