I'm a little surprised to hear this, but only a little. As you get to
know the Disney Parks, you will come to see that Disney places a very
high value on consistency--sometimes to their detriment. Their goal is
that every guest will have exactly the same experience, because the
design of the experience is already as good as they believe it can be
made. I suppose they want the Snow White at Tokyo DL to look just like
the girl at Anaheim DL, Florida's MK, and DL Paris.
Just my opinion, YMMV.
