 That just goes to show how it's not just one thing that'll do it.

 And of course some of us have genetic inclinations/tendencies toward
certain conditions, or that other conditions effect other conditions
and it's really hard to know what's actually going on so I feel better
playing it safe. Avoid the bad cholesterol type fats. Y'll know we
make our own so why help it along/ Plus there's some good foods that
help us deal better both kinds of cholesterol and and oooh it just
keeps getting weirder all the time doesn't it.

BTW everybody. Just in case you haven't figured it out yet. Ya know
that Canola oil stuff? Notice how it leaves a sticky film on your
pans??? well hey it does the same thing in your body.

And ya know what else? When make cookies. Ever notice when you use
butter instead of margarine, the fat doesn't 'bleed out' ? Nope. It
stays in the cookie then into you.
