As far as I know, OpenClass is only available as a component bundled with
the IBM VisualAge C++ series of compilers.

While the compiler would, the Visual Builder would not.  This is the
graphical front-end that is equivalent to the MS Visual C++ AppWizard (or
whatever it is called this month).

I don't know.  You can call Indelible Blue -- (800)776-8284 -- and ask;
