similar happening.

May I ad:  When you feel tired, go home!  I've come the closed 
to hurting myself when I was very tired and wante to do a 
"little bit more".  I've since decided that when I feel a 
"little bit tired", it's time to put the impliments of disctruction 
away until the next time.
